This location was first documented in 1339 and has been home to the magnificent building ensemble of the Ledererhof ever since. In the late Middle Ages, the Ledererhof comprised several buildings that served as production sites for tanners (“Lederer”) and dyers, whose craft was closely linked to the proximity to the water.
